All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes — minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.
By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout.
All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of your order confirmation are binding.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return unused, unopened products for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
To start a return, email us at pocketpixie@2ws.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a returns address and instructions. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item — in which case we will cover all return costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Please allow a further 3–5 business days for your bank to process the payment.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
